Here is an an article referencing from The Forrestal Diaries, in which British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain is recounted by James Forrestal as having stated that "America and the world Jews forced England into this war."  This is from a LIFE article from October 15, 1951, echoing the Diaries from December 27, 1945.
